Standard Shipping (Australia): Flat rate of $9.99 or FREE for orders over $99
Express Shipping (Australia): $14.95 flat rate
International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location)
Note: Regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track the delivery status via Australia Post or the selected courier.

You changed your mind and return the item in unused, unopened, and original condition within 14 days of delivery (excludes perishable or hygienic items like opened skincare products)
