- Returns:

- Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

- Products not purchased directly from our website
- Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence.
- Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
